Stan Advoka The Firm · Profile

Profile

A boutique patent practice built around technical understanding.

Founded in 2013, Stan Advoka combines European and Turkish patent practice, legal technology and professional education.

Our Approach

Patent work begins with understanding the invention.

We combine patent law with an engineering perspective. Our work begins by understanding how an invention operates, where its technical contribution lies and which features may provide a defensible basis for protection.

That understanding is translated into a coherent patent strategy—from drafting and prosecution to opinions, international coordination and portfolio decisions.

Direct Involvement. Focused Practice.

Technically informed.
Directly involved.
Internationally connected.

Stan Advoka follows a deliberately focused practice model. Matters receive direct senior-level involvement, continuity of responsibility and close attention to the technical and commercial context of each invention.
